"I walked over to the shop from the Factory where my vehicle was parked because it was having random electrical issues—windshield wipers turning on, dashboard lights flashing, doors not locking/unlocking, etc.—and I had no way to disconnect the battery to stop it. As soon as I walked in, the staff was incredibly courteous. I asked if someone could help me disconnect the battery to see if that would solve the issue, and the front desk team member didn’t hesitate. He checked with the back, got immediate approval, and came to help. I know it wasn’t a typical request, and they easily could have told me to call a tow company. Instead, they went out of their way to help. I truly appreciate it, and they’ve earned a new customer going forward."
